How we handle your data when you contact IMPULS. Digital Studio, and your rights under the GDPR.
1. Data controller
The controller of personal data processed in connection with the IMPULS. Digital Studio website and business enquiries is Business Intelligence Damian Kalinowski, Polish tax identification number (NIP): 7712836218. IMPULS. Digital Studio is the brand under which this entrepreneur operates.

2. Data we receive
If you contact us by email or phone, we may process the details you voluntarily share: your name, email address, phone number, company name and message. The website does not operate a server-side contact form.
Our infrastructure provider may process technical request information such as IP address, request time and browser details to deliver and protect the website.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Responding to enquiries and preparing a quote: GDPR Art. 6(1)(b), where steps are requested before a contract, or Art. 6(1)(f), our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
- Performing contracts and legally required accounting: GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (c), depending on the purpose.
- Website security and establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims: GDPR Art. 6(1)(f).
We do not offer a newsletter or engage in marketing profiling through this website.
4. Recipients and external resources
Relevant providers include Cloudflare (website delivery and protection) and Google / Gmail (email processing). Other service providers may be involved where needed for a commissioned project, under appropriate arrangements.
Selected elements of the web-design services page and the portfolio demos load images from Unsplash; the demos also load fonts from Google Fonts. These providers may receive technical request data, including IP addresses, and apply their own privacy policies.
5. International transfers
Using Cloudflare, Google / Gmail and external resource providers (such as Unsplash) may involve transfers of data outside the European Economic Area. Depending on the destination and provider, these transfers may rely on a European Commission adequacy decision or on Standard Contractual Clauses and appropriate safeguards. Information about relevant processing terms and protection mechanisms is available in the Cloudflare Data Processing Addendum and the Google Privacy Policy.
6. Retention
We retain enquiry correspondence while it is needed to respond and discuss a project, and generally for no longer than 12 months after the last contact unless a contract, legal obligation or legal claim requires longer. Accounting records are retained for the period required by law. Technical log retention depends on the infrastructure provider and its configuration.
7. Your rights
Subject to the conditions in the GDPR, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where consent is relied upon, you may withdraw it without affecting prior lawful processing.

8. Voluntary provision of data
Contact is voluntary; however, without a return address or other contact details we may not be able to reply. No solely automated decisions or profiling are performed about correspondents.
9. Cookies and similar technologies
At present, the main website does not operate advertising trackers or marketing analytics and does not set its own optional tracking cookies. Our infrastructure provider may use essential security mechanisms. The web-design services page and certain demos load external images, while demos also load external fonts, triggering requests to those suppliers.
If optional analytics or advertising technologies are introduced, we will update this policy and deploy an appropriate consent mechanism before enabling technologies that require consent.
10. Quoting calculator and portfolio demos
The quoting calculator works locally in your browser. Selected options are not uploaded to our server. They are only shared with us if you choose to send an email. Forms on fictional portfolio demos simply prepare text for copying; they do not submit personal data. These demos are not actual client projects.
